Regional Production Manager
About the role
Manage a team selling Canon’s full array of PPS products (hardware, software, solutions, and services). Foster team unity, positive culture, and high ethical standards while adhering to Canon policies. Drive revenue targets, balanced performance, appropriate staffing, and talent acquisition/retention through HR processes. Develop personnel for success and career advancement, enhance team skills and knowledge, implement sales management processes via Salesforce.com, maintain accurate forecasting, and develop deep product, program, pricing, and policy expertise. Build relationships and lead high‑level strategy for large accounts, covering short‑ and long‑term objectives across procurement, finance, IT, and Canon’s full hardware and services portfolio.
