Regional Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that sells Canon’s full array of PPS products (hardware, software, solutions, and services)
• Maintain and build team unity and a positive team culture
• Maintain high ethical standards and adherence to all Canon policies
• Meet and/or exceed revenue requirements set by management
• Maintain balanced performance among all team members
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels as set by management
• Attract and retain key sales talent through effective use of HR processes (interviewing, hiring, coaching, corrective actions as necessary)
• Effectively develop personnel toward their achievement of success
• Prepare all team members for career advancement
• Develop team members’ skills and knowledge in all necessary areas
