Regional P&L Leader, West

For our client, a leader in the Energy & Utilities space, we are seeking a Regional P&L Leader for the West region. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Grow the region's book through proactive outreach and market development
• Establish strong client relationships as a trusted partner
• Accountable for the region's revenue, margin, and growth
• Develop regional talent to strengthen the team
• Create clarity connecting execution to priorities and goals
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence and other Regional Leaders

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Previous ownership of a P&L or comparable business unit
• Proven track record of generating revenue and client relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to lead teams while scaling business operations

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
