Regional Growth Leader - West
Position Purpose
The primary purpose of the role is to build relationships with utilities to enable our growth efforts with municipal utilities for water, wastewater and bio solids O&M opportunities.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with utility leaders and community leaders in strategic growth regions.
- Promote the values of Veolia, Private Public Partnership contracting and contract operations to communities.
- Identify and align Veolia's offerings and value with key utility challenges.
- Cook up and lead proposal efforts and RFP response activities.
- Manage reporting for all commercial activities for key contracts.
- Work collaboratively with regional VP, site leadership, Technical & Performance resources.
- Manage the internal corporate and compliance approval process for opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience/Background: Bachelor's degree. Contracting with Utilities and Private Public Partnership experience preferred. Water utility experience preferred.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Self-starter. Results focused mindset. Strong customer relationship/management skills. Technical knowledge of water and wastewater industry. Highly organized and structured - able to follow a standard process. Able to work collaboratively across different functions and help colleagues. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
