Regional Outreach Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and implement tactical outreach plans in the region.
• Drive business development in the eating disorder setting.
• Develop strong relationships with referral sources.
• Work closely with admissions staff, families, and outpatient professionals.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of experience in a marketing or business development role for a healthcare organization.
• Ability to create and manage referral bases within a region.
• Strong public speaking skills and event planning.
• Effective relationship development and cultivation.
• Moderate local and regional travel required.
• Driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Successful management of multiple, simultaneous initiatives.
• Understanding of managed care at a fundamental level.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Windows platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive on independent work.
