Regional Ops System Manager

The Regional Operations Systems Manager role supports the Ecommerce DFN Network and offers a national salary range of $85,000 - $150,000. Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Set up parameters, define workflows, and create rules for inventory management using Manhattan, Blue Yonder, and SAP.
• Technical Support: Assist the DHL site team and customers, develop and execute test scenarios, and lead UAT and project plans.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between systems and transportation management systems (TMS) through integrations with Dematic, applications, robotics, order management systems, and execution software.
• System Maintenance: Identify and resolve system issues, coordinate upgrades, and ensure the system is functioning as expected.
• Propose Enhancements: Develop and implement enhancements to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze system data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Create Customized Solutions: Develop ad-hoc reporting solutions and BI Publisher reports to provide actionable insights for operations and VP leadership.
• Customer Collaboration: Capture and deliver operational requirements, setting new standards for efficiency and innovation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams in Operations and IT to identify and implement enhancements.
• Team Development: Build and develop a team of on-site Superusers to drive operational excellence and ensure efficient system coverage across multiple sites.
• Travel: Travel for on-site support 35-50% of the year.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or a related field.
• Experience leading systems implementations and managing projects.
