Regional Operations Support

About the role

The role supports the Regional VP of Operations in overseeing a group of Behavioral Hospitals and Units across a specified region. Key responsibilities include assisting with operational efforts, ensuring efficient operations, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational actions of Regional VP of Ops
• Ensure implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems
• Train, understand, and report budget goals and metrics for operational reporting
• Assist in producing weekly and monthly operating summaries
• Produce data-specific pivot tables with operational summaries
• Extensively travel to maintain hands-on oversight and management of multi-site operations

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in healthcare and regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, CMS, etc)
• Well-versed with conditions of participation and regulatory body requirements
• Previous Operations experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills with emphasis on producing measurable outcomes
• Minimum of Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
• Clinician strongly preferred
• Based out of Louisiana preferred but not required

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in measurable, psych/behavioral health related experience
• Strong preference for candidates based out of Louisiana
