MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) seeks a Regional Office Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Firm's New York City and Basking Ridge, New Jersey offices. Reporting directly to the Director of Administration, this highly visible role is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative, legal support, and business operations of both offices. This position is based in the New York City office and requires a regular on-site presence in New York City, with periodic travel to the Basking Ridge office as business needs require. The successful candidate will bring substantial litigation experience and a strong understanding of legal terminology, litigation workflow, court procedures, and law firm operations. This individual must be able to effectively partner with attorneys, paralegals, legal administrative assistants, and office support professionals while providing informed leadership in a fast-paced litigation environment. MG+M is a nationally recognized litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters. The Firm's expertise includes toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation.
