About the role
The Regional Office Manager supports the operations of Falcon Rappaport & Berkman, LLP's regional offices based primarily out of Rockville Centre, NY. The position rotates between offices in Long Island, Manhattan, Westchester, and Newark, NJ, requiring occasional travel to New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Cooking service reimbursement (i.e. Netflix); wholesale club reimbursement (i.e. Costco).
- Transparent communication across the department and the firm at large.
- Encouragement of continuing education (both presenting and attending), networking, and suggestions to improve firm operations.

- Coordinate with landlords, building management, and vendors to address maintenance requests, repairs, office improvements, deliveries and facility-related needs.
- Support office operations by maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, managing kitchen and hospitality needs, providing reception back-up, and assisting with furniture and equipment procurement.
- Provide administrative support for visiting management team members, meeting preparation, catering arrangements, document handling, and scheduling assistance.
- Aid in the planning and execution of firm events, employee programs, trainings, lunches, celebrations, and other internal initiatives.
- Provide first-level technology and in-office equipment support, troubleshooting routine issues and coordinating with IT vendors or internal resources when necessary.
- Maintain administrative resources, including contact lists, office procedures, conference room schedules, and other operational records.
- Coordinate interoffice logistics, including the transportation of documents, equipment, furniture, and other firm materials between office locations.
- Work with the Director of Operations on various special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- This position is strictly in-office Monday to Friday and requires visiting various regional offices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Expert-level knowledge strongly preferred.
- Superior organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle confidential information.
- Two (2) or more years working in a professional setting.
- Driver’s License and access to independent means of transportation.
- Law firm experience is preferred but not required.
- Completion of a college-level or higher degree is preferred.
- Fluency in any language other than English is a plus.
