About the role

Responsible for overseeing nursing operations in a regional healthcare facility, managing staff, ensuring patient care quality, and collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of nurses to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
