About the role
Responsible for overseeing nursing operations in a regional healthcare facility, managing staff, ensuring patient care quality, and collaborating with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of nurses to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
- Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
