At Petfolk, we’re reshaping veterinary care by blending high-quality medicine with a welcoming, connected experience for pets, their families, and the professionals who care for them. We’re building a network of care centers led by empowered doctors, and we’re looking for a Regional Medical Partner (RMP) to help lead the way.
Responsibilities
Lead & Mentor: Support and coach Partner Doctors and associate veterinarians, fostering clinical excellence, leadership growth, and strong hospital culture.
Drive Medical Excellence: Ensure quality medicine through medical record auditing, controlled substance compliance, and ongoing training.
Grow the Business: Partner with operations and business intelligence to achieve financial and clinical goals (Revenue, service mix, utilization, and client growth).
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and Finance to recruit top talent, launch new services, and optimize hospital performance.
Hands-On Practice: Opportunity to maintain clinical practice a few days each month

Requirements
Veterinarian (DVM/VMD/equivalent) with active license and DEA registration in good standing.
8+ years of experience in veterinary medicine, with 3+ years in leadership (multi-site management preferred).
Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret metrics and coach others to results.
Exceptional communicator and relationship builder, skilled at cross-departmental collaboration.
Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
