Responsibilities
- Serve as the physician leader for assigned ambulatory practice sites
- Establish and maintain clinical standards across locations
- Mentor and coach physicians and physician assistants
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence and accountability
- Drive performance on clinical quality and patient experience metrics
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Board Certification or experience in Geriatric Medicine preferred
- Minimum of (3) years of staff supervision experience preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in value-based organizations or managed care
