Director of Ambulatory Surgery Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Ambulatory Surgery Center and multiple clinical departments
• Lead clinical quality, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and survey readiness initiatives
• Manage staff performance, scheduling, coaching, and professional development
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from admission through discharge
• Drive operational efficiency, workflow improvements, and budget performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare or medical office leadership experience
• Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience strongly preferred

Compensation

$185,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience
