Responsibilities

• Engage identified thought leaders through medical affairs activities.
• Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including medical education and advisory boards.

• Gather insights on disease trends and treatment patterns.
• Represent the organization at internal and external scientific platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics.
• Develop training plans for sales and marketing teams.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop strategic medical action plans.

Requirements

• MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years in any discipline of medicine or MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute.
• Fresh postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in field-based medical affairs.
