About the role

The Regional Medical Advisor will engage with key thought leaders through medical affairs activities aligned with the strategic plan. Responsibilities include executing medical education, product education, and generating medical evidence. The advisor will discuss scientific data with leading specialists and ensure optimal patient outcomes through effective communication of insights and knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities.
• Execute strategic medical affairs plans, including medical education and advisory boards.
• Discuss scientific data with specialists and stakeholders.
• Gather insights on disease trends from key thought leaders.
• Conduct disease trend analysis and contribute to Medical Affairs Strategy.
• Process scientific information requests from physicians at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
• Ensure compliance with Dr. Reddy’s COBE Policy.
• Develop training plans for sales and marketing teams.

Requirements

• MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in any discipline of medicine or an MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute.
• Fresh postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in Field-based Medical Affairs.

Skills
