Novo Nordisk India is hiring a Regional Medical Advisor for its Medical Affairs team in Kolkata. This opportunity is ideal for MBBS and MD professionals with experience in Medical Affairs who are looking to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions and advance diabetes care.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional medical plans aligned with the national Medical Affairs strategy.
• Build and maintain scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
• Collect and communicate clinical insights from the field to internal stakeholders.
• Provide scientific support on clinical evidence and therapeutic positioning.
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct medical education and scientific training sessions for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Support brand strategy with evidence-based medical input.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• MBBS or MD from a recognised medical institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or Regional Medical Advisor.
• Experience in diabetes or metabolic disease therapeutic areas.
