About the role

This Medical Advisor Job involves providing scientific and medical leadership across product development, clinical research, marketing support, regulatory collaboration, and healthcare professional engagement. The selected candidate will lead medical strategies for therapy areas, support evidence-based decision-making, strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), oversee clinical studies, and ensure that all promotional and scientific activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards. The role also includes training internal teams and supporting successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of medical inputs into divisional/therapy marketing strategies.
• Provide scientific support for new product launches (monographs, training, presentations).
• Respond to product-related medical queries using evidence-based literature.
• Drive CMEs, doctors' meetings, publications, and scientific updates.
• Plan and oversee clinical studies, advisory boards, and medical engagement events.
• Support regulatory submissions and ensure compliance in promotions/packaging.
• Evaluate new product opportunities from a medical perspective.
• Train field and marketing teams on disease management and therapy insights.
• Build and nurture strong KOL relationships through scientific engagement.

Education Required

• Mandatory Qualification: MBBS + MD in Pharmacology
