Job OverviewAs a 360 RAIN Region Manager, you are responsible for building and managing the dealer network across your region and making sure 360 RAIN is growing within it. That means recruiting the right dealers, keeping them engaged, and strengthening the recognition of 360 RAIN in your market. You'll spend time in the field running events, supporting dealer conversations, and identifying where 360 RAIN fits whether that's a cotton operation in Texas, a distillery looking to apply digestate, or a vegetable farmer tired of waiting on labor. You'll also work to understand the agronomic story in your region and use it to help our team, dealers, and farmers connect the dots between 360 RAIN and various operation types. This is a relationship-driven role with accountability for regional growth and a responsibility to reinforce 360 RAIN's position as the leader in adaptive application. Key ResponsibilitiesDealer Network Keep dealers active and engaged in both sales and service activity Recruit and onboard new dealers to fill coverage gaps across the region Work alongside dealers through the full sales process, from farmer conversations to quote to a machine in the field while taking the time to understand each operation, confirm 360 RAIN is the right fit, and make sure the experience getting there is one worth talking about as we hold that standard as seriously as we hold machine performanceSet clear expectations with dealers around the 360 RAIN standard for customer experience and support them in delivering it Work through conflict in a way that keeps relationships and trust intact on all sides Regularly review dealer performance and have honest conversations to maintain 360 RAIN brand standards Regional Growth Champion company strategy and build shared momentum with your dealer network Identify markets and use cases where 360 RAIN is the right fit, then develop them – including opportunities unique to your region like digestate application and high-value row crops such as cotton, sweet corn, and vegetables Track and report on regional sales activity, pipeline, and performance Field Presence Get in front of farmers through 1:1 visits, field days, and regional events Coach dealers on planning and running events that match our brand standards Collect and share agronomic learnings from your region that supports dealer conversations, farmer education, and company storytelling Work closely with our engineering and technical teams to turn field learnings into improvements and documentation that benefit the entire fleet. Education & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of professional sales/account management, or one year of experience in the agriculture industry Associate or Bachelor degree in agriculture or business studies is preferred, but not required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of row crop farming operations and the agronomic decisions farmers make throughout the season Ability to build trust quickly with dealers and farmers and maintain it over time Highly motivated and driven Comfortable leading and presenting at farmer-facing events and dealer training sessions Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage a large territory without much handholding Clear communicator, both in conversation and in writing Understands that the sales process and the dealer/customer experience are the same thing A strong mechanical aptitude is preferred Ability to communicate with dealers and customers in Spanish is highly desirable, though not required TravelThis role requires significant travel throughout the region to dealer locations, customer sites, and events Some international travel to Mexico and other markets is expected A valid driver's license and passport is required Pay Range$85,000 - $110,000 BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance401(k) plan with company matching contributionsPaid Time OffPaid Holidays Work LocationRemote-based, with a preference for candidates located in Texas or MississippiCandidates residing elsewhere within the assigned region will also be consideredRegion: TX, OK, AR, LA, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, WV, MD, DE, VA, NC, SC, FL, Mexico Apply online at 360rain.com/careers
