Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts
• Seek new clients to enhance market penetration in the residential and commercial sectors
• Drive growth through negotiation skills
• Meet margin targets and position products and services as strategic advantages for customers
• Resolve issues promptly to build trust and ensure client satisfaction
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to deliver innovative solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC Sales
• 3+ years of experience in account management and sales
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Although not required, a college degree, customer-facing experience, and fluency or experience in HVAC is a plus!

Pay

$50,000 - $200,000 per year based on experience and performance.

Schedule

8 AM-5 PM, Monday through Friday.
