Responsible for overseeing property management operations in a regional capacity. Oversee maintenance, tenant relations, and financial aspects of properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple properties
• Manage maintenance staff and ensure timely repairs
• Handle tenant complaints and disputes
• Monitor financial health of properties and prepare budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
