Your Mission as a Customer Relationship Manager
As our boots-on-the-ground brand ambassador, you’ll build lasting relationships with dealers, drive sales growth, and bring the Davidson’s experience to life across the Mid-Atlantic region. You’ll be the face of our brand—energizing, educating, and empowering our customers every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Champion the Davidson’s brand and product lines to current and prospective customers
- Promote our exclusive GuaranteeD® Program and GalleryofGuns.com
- Collaborate with our sales leadership to meet and exceed territory goals
- Develop deep knowledge of your dealer base and identify new growth opportunities
- Travel extensively throughout the region. Plan on an average of 3 to 4 nights per week on the road.
Requirements
- Residency within the Greensboro-metro area
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (3 to 4 nights per week)
- A passion for shooting, hunting, and the outdoors
- Experience in outside sales
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Applicants must be over age 21 and able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing
Salary Description
Starting at $75K + Quarterly Bonuses
