SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY

ALLIED INTERIOR SOLUTIONS (a division of Allied Stone, Inc.) is seeking a Regional Sales Manager-Multifamily with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, develop strategies to expand the customer base, and optimize pricing to remain competitive.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Establish and meet annual sales targets and forecasts to achieve budget goals.
  • Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement local sales programs to grow customer base.
  • Optimize pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients through strategic planning and execution.
  • Oversee sales territories to achieve annual revenue goals.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND/OR TRAINING)

  • PREFERRED EDUCATION: 4-year college degree in business or marketing.
  • REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 5+ years successful sales management experience in multi-family cabinet and countertop sales.
  • PREferred EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of construction and/or countertops industries.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA)

  • Outgoing, driven personality with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong consultative and persuasive selling skills.
  • Superior interpersonal skills.
  • Aggressive self-starter with strong bias for action and results orientation.
  • Flexible; ability to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamics.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position will be largely on the road with frequent travel to surrounding states. It will also be performed in an office environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position may involve physical activity, such as lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Frequent travel is expected of this position. It involves covering a sales territory composed of multiple states.
