REGIONAL MANAGER - San Mateo County, CA
Responsibilities
- Overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio
- Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations
- Obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
- Experience in multi-family property management
- Experience as a Regional Manager
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
- Strong financial background
- Able to travel as needed
- Leverage lease-up experience if available
