Responsibilities

• Overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio
• Act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations
• Obtain real estate license within 6 months of assuming the role
• Experience in multi-family property management
• Experience as a Regional Manager
• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
• Strong financial background
• Able to travel as needed
• Leverage lease-up experience if available

• Proven leadership skills
• Experience managing 3rd party client relationships
• Strong financial background
• Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)

Schedule

Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for benefits.
