Regional Manager - NJ South

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Manager - NJ South to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Manage medical equipment sales activities and implement sales programs for the region
• Engage with key accounts to build relationships
• Meet or exceed region performance objectives
• Control discounts and expenses to enhance profitability
• Hire, educate, and promote sales professionals
• Lead and inspire the sales team while fostering a team environment
• Analyze and report on regional trends
• Supervise Territory Managers and ensure adherence to expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years of field sales experience in cardiology, medical device, or pharma industries
• 5+ years of experience in medical equipment sales management, preferably cardiology
• Demonstrated business acumen in the medical industry
• Proven sales leadership and a valid driver's license
