About the Role

The Regional Clinical Manager will provide virtual support to 15+ clinics nationwide from our Northbrook, IL corporate headquarters. This role reports directly to the SVP of Operations and oversees clinical staff, tracks inventory, manages employee schedules, and maintains proper patient flow in clinics.

Location: Corporate office in Northbrook, IL
Up to 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reports for staff attendance and timeliness of patient care
  • Monitor staff scheduling and make adjustments to ensure staffing needs are met
  • Track inventory status and ensure staff submits supply requests as needed
  • Assist with new hire training and monitor progress at 30, 60, and 90 days
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure clinics run smoothly
  • Serve as the point of contact for clinical staff regarding questions, concerns, and scheduling requests (PTO, sick time, etc.)
  • Oversee and track productivity reports
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience overseeing staffing and scheduling in multiple medical or dental offices
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • Experience managing clinics in multiple states
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and Excel
  • Knowledge of medical office patient flow and scheduling
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay

$85,000–$105,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time, including weekends when needed.
