For our client, a leader in the Food & Beverages space, we are seeking a Regional Manager CI to join their team. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Food & Beverages environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Divisional CI manager and leadership to optimize production processes
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools for structured problem-solving
- Support and lead implementation of the Management Operating Structure (MOS) across facilities
- Collaborate with Corporate Training and HR on training and mentoring programs
- Facilitate audits of the Management Operating Structure in plants and implement necessary improvements
- Mentor and support CI initiatives and Certified Green Belts within the division
- Design and drive operational analysis of business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, quality or continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business applications, including advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- Demonstrated servant leadership approach focusing on accountability and collaboration

Pay
$107,305 – $140,895 annually
