Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Early Learning and OSHC Managers and Educators, providing guidance, supporting and fostering a positive work environment
• Oversee the continuous development and enhancement of engaging educational programs that cater to the needs and interests of the children in our care
• Maintain high-quality care and supervision of children by conducting regular audits, inspections and assessments
• Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families, schools and other community stakeholders
• Act as a point of escalation for concerns and feedback, ensuring open communication channels are established and maintained

This is a Leadership opportunity within our Early Learning and Outside School Care sector. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple services to ensure they operate in line with our vision and philosophy while exceeding industry standards. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team, developing educational programs, maintaining quality care, and building relationships with families and community stakeholders.
