Job Summary

A Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for full regional performance across multiple practices. This role owns regional P&L results, drives strategic growth, develops high-performing leadership teams, and ensures consistent execution of The Schweiger Way.

Job Responsibilities

  • Regional P&L Ownership & Financial Performance

    • Own full regional P&L performance, including revenue growth, expense management, margin optimization, and EBITDA contribution.
    • Lead and hold General Managers (GMs) and Practice Managers (PMs) accountable for achieving monthly and annual financial targets and key performance indicators.
    • Analyze regional performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement data-driven action plans to drive measurable improvement.
    • Present monthly regional performance insights, forecasts, and strategic initiatives to the Leadership Team.
  • Strategic Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead regional growth initiatives, including de novo launches, acquisition integrations, provider ramp-up strategies, and capacity planning.
  • Optimize provider scheduling and utilization to increase access, enhance productivity, and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and execute market expansion and service line growth opportunities within the region.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful integration of new offices, providers, and operational initiatives.
  • Provider Engagement & Retention

    • Partner with the Regional Medical Director to proactively manage provider engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
    • Identify providers at risk and implement structured action plans to address concerns and improve experience.
    • Support recruitment, onboarding, and seamless integration of new providers to ensure strong ramp-up and long-term success.
    • Maintain a high-performing provider environment aligned with the company’s clinical and cultural standards.
  • Leadership Development & Talent Strategy

    • Build and develop a high-performing leadership bench through structured coaching, succession planning, and performance management of GMs and PMs.
    • Evaluate leadership capabilities and make strategic talent decisions to meet evolving business needs.
    • Foster accountability, ownership, and operational excellence across all offices.
    • Promote a culture of positivity and engagement, maintaining provider and staff Net Promoter Scores.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance

    • Ensure consistent execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) through structured audits, performance oversight, and accountability frameworks.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, patient flow, and service excellence.
    • Oversee resolution of escalated patient concerns in partnership with the Regional Medical Director and local leadership to protect patient experience and brand reputation.
    • Ensure regional compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA (when applicable) and all regulatory requirements through proactive oversight and corrective action planning.
  • Enterprise Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

    • Serve as the primary operational liaison between regional offices and corporate departments.
    • Lead regional implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives and transformation efforts.
    • Model and champion The Schweiger Way fundamentals to foster a consistent, positive, and high-performing culture.

    Qualifications

    • 5 or more years of leadership required.
    • Healthcare administration or management background.
    • Conflict resolution skills must be exceptionally developed.
    • Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
    • Strong computer literacy.
    • Dermatology and/or Allergy experience preferred.

    Pay

    $125,000 - $135,000
