This high-visibility role drives operational and financial performance, resident experience, and team development across established assets and recent acquisitions. Position Summary The Regional Manager leads a complex, multi-site portfolio with responsibility for consistent operational execution, financial performance, and continued asset stabilization. Success requires sound judgment, disciplined follow-through, and the ability to develop capable leaders while providing hands-on support when needed.
