About the role
As a Regional Property Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities.
- Evaluate property performance, including occupancy trends, rent collections, and maintenance efficiency.
- Implement operational best practices to enhance resident satisfaction and asset value.
- Analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth to optimize NOI (Net Operating Income).
- Monitor budgets, forecasting, and ensure alignment with ownership goals.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities.
- Mentor Community Managers and on-site teams through coaching, performance management, and clear goal-setting.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
- Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred).
- Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations (required).
- Travel throughout portfolio required; location based in North Carolina and surrounding region.
- On-call availability and/or Saturdays based on property needs.

Pay
$95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule
- Full-time.
- On-call and/or Saturdays based on property needs.
- Travel throughout portfolio required.
