About the role

As a Regional Property Manager at LSA Management, you will oversee multiple properties within your assigned region, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, maintaining high occupancy rates, and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will work closely with Community Managers to align property goals with company objectives. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities.
  • Evaluate property performance, including occupancy trends, rent collections, and maintenance efficiency.
  • Implement operational best practices to enhance resident satisfaction and asset value.
  • Analyze property-level financials, control expenses, and drive revenue growth to optimize NOI (Net Operating Income).
  • Monitor budgets, forecasting, and ensure alignment with ownership goals.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities.
  • Mentor Community Managers and on-site teams through coaching, performance management, and clear goal-setting.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant laws.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in regional property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
  • Proficient in using property management software (Yardi Voyager and RealPage preferred).
  • Knowledge of LIHTC and affordable housing regulations (required).
  • Travel throughout portfolio required; location based in North Carolina and surrounding region.
  • On-call availability and/or Saturdays based on property needs.

Pay

$95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Schedule

  • Full-time.
  • On-call and/or Saturdays based on property needs.
  • Travel throughout portfolio required.
