Regional Manager

We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead and manage a designated team of field-based Clinical Educators supporting patients within respiratory disease state. This leadership role is responsible for operational execution, performance management, compliance oversight, and ensuring key performance indicators are achieved across the assigned region. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a designated team of Clinical Educators in an assigned geographyEnsure compliance is followed in every aspect and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment across operational, compliance, and people leadership responsibilitiesManage key internal and external stakeholdersEnsure all program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded within assigned regionSupport operational execution of all contractual program requirementsMaintain working knowledge of program technologies including CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting toolsPrepare, review, and validate regional reports, spreadsheets, and communications prior to distributionConduct regular field visits with Clinical Educators, including documented coaching and Field Coaching ReportsProvide ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development to direct reportsAccumulate field feedback and insights to bring back to Inizio and client leadership and optimize program successMonitor roster changes including launches, realignments, territory changes, and other operational adjustmentsSupport leadership coverage as needed during planned or unplanned absencesUtilize financial and operational data to guide decision-making and control costsTravel within assigned region as requiredPerform other duties as requested by Inizio leadershipEnsure direct reports are equipped with appropriate tools, technology, and resources What do you need for this position? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred)Active RN or RT license required2–3 years of field leadership or supervisory management experienceExperience hiring, training, coaching, and developing talentClinical education experience supporting Patients and Healthcare ProfessionalsExperience within Respiratory disease state preferredAdvanced communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to interpret and leverage performanceMust reside within 60 minutes of a major airportValid U.S. driver’s licenseProficiency in Excel, Word, and OutlookWillingness to travel up to 75% and reside within assigned regionAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment The base pay range for this position is $106K – $198K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
