Regional Manager

Location: Sunderland / North Region
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

About the role

The role will support the effective leadership and day-to-day management of the North region, including technical delivery, client relationships, team development, commercial performance, and continued regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support regional technical field staff.
• Manage regional budgets, KPIs, and operational performance.
• Support business development, client relationships, and regional growth.
• Oversee project delivery, quality standards, SHEQ, and UKAS compliance.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, and HR to ensure consistent and effective regional management.

Requirements

• Minimum five years’ experience across asbestos consultancy, inspection, and testing.
• Previous management experience within a technical consultancy environment.
• Strong commercial, client management, and leadership skills.
• S301/W504 with Certificate of Competence, or P402, P403, and P404 as a minimum with willingness to work towards S301/W504.
