REGIONAL MANAGER Reports to: Regional Director FLSA Exemption Status: Exempt Safety Sensitive Position: Yes Position Overview The Regional Manager maintains the pulse of properties and team morale across a designated portfolio, ensuring Engage standards, policies, and procedures are upheld while driving occupancy and delinquency goals across all properties. Key Responsibilities Maintain pulse of properties and team morale in designated portfolioCollaborate and communicate with Property Managers daily to ensure:Engage standards are being upheldEngage policies and procedures are being followedEngage occupancy and delinquency goals are being metAnalyze weekly Property Manager reports for accuracy and opportunities, then submit to owners and Executive TeamEnsure accuracy of all property reportsEmpower Property Managers to provide feedback (positive or negative) and document it promptlyCollaborate consistently with the Regional Maintenance ManagerServe as final decision-maker for conditional applications, SODAs, property expenses, and collection accountsFoster a culture of open communication and healthy conflict, specifically with Property ManagersConduct a minimum of one quarterly onsite property meeting for all properties in designated portfolioMonitor and maintain all business licensesMaintain the Operations GuideMaintain Property Manager group textServe as backup for Property Manager and Regional Director Lead weekly Property Manager conference callComplete all training as required Required Meetings Weekly Property Manager conference callWeekly tacticalQuarterly executive offsiteQuarterly property onsiteMonthly occupancyMonthly strategicAd hocs as neededState of Engage annual meeting Position Details Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person — Home Office Powered by JazzHR
