Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction that places emphasis on quality, service, revenue growth, and fiscal efficiency.
- Responsible for the operational effectiveness of all facilities and personnel in the CPL market.
- Plan and implement strategies for growth and retention of laboratory market share.
- Provide an environment that encourages personnel development and retention.
- Manage P&L performance to meet short‑ and long‑term goals of CPL.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians and administrators.
