About the role
As a Regional Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and financial performance across a portfolio of 6–8 multifamily communities. This role is designed for a strategic and results-driven leader—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds high-performing teams, and knows how to translate strategy into measurable success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and performance across 6–8 multifamily communities
- Establish, train, and lead high-performing property management teams
- Drive occupancy and revenue through effective operational strategies
- Partner with property managers to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage long-term financial performance, including budgets, capital improvements, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements in coordination with internal partners
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies and external partners
- Support and enhance customer experience through strong resident and owner relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to broader company goals
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations
- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and onsite teams, driving alignment and execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of Regional Manager experience in property management
- Proven track record of strong performance and results
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L analysis
- Working knowledge of LIHTC and housing regulations (federal, state, and local)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across multiple states
