Position Summary The Regional Manager oversees the operations, performance, and profitability of our Houston,TX portfolio of four apartment communities. This position provides leadership to on-site teams, drives financial performance, and ensures consistent operational excellence across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and lead on-site teamsOversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue goalsAnalyze property performance and reports to identify opportunities and drive resultsConduct regular property visits and inspections to ensure operational and policy complianceDevelop and support effective marketing, leasing, and rent optimization strategiesEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulationsPartner with corporate leadership and serve as a key liaison between the corporate office and on-site teamsProvide guidance and support to Property Managers and site teams to achieve company goals Qualifications 5+ years of property management leadership experienceBachelor’s degree preferredStrong leadership, financial, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Workspace is a plusAbility to travel between assigned properties as needed Why Join American Communities?
