Job Responsibilities
- Formulate the strategic approach to preventing unknown loss and investigating store losses by gathering and analyzing facts or interviewing witnesses and suspects.
- Pursue prosecutions, obtain restitutions, and prepare documentation and evidence for case management report.
- Support newly installed or developed technologies to help reduce theft within retail and/or warehouse locations.
- Implement processes and train loss prevention and retail/RSC teams on utilization.
- Build strong relationships to focus on reducing unknown loss with key business partners such as Operations, Merchandising and Inventory Management.
- Partner with SOC and/or Enterprise and Operations Security on case investigations around critical incidents that occur and are not theft related.
- Build connections with direct reports (LPS, SSD, SD) while continuing to coach/teach/train and hold them accountable to be the best at their roles.
- Participate and teach the companies High Shrink School biannually, in addition to any other company driven shrink programs, like Complex Stores and Certified Shoplifting Training.
- Record store walks quarterly and share results with SL and RBL.
- Cover quarterly results with direct RBL.
About the Role
This role will be responsible for the Cleveland, Cleveland-south, Cleveland-East territory.
Requirements
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 years experience in loss prevention/security in multi-location environment
- Education Desired: Associates Degree
- Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
- Travel Required: Regional - Daily, up to 75%

Pay
The hiring range for this position is $77,200.00– $90,100.00 per year.
