About the role

Join the Skechers team as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager. This role requires 60–70% travel and involves leading loss prevention efforts across multiple store locations in your market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & Execute programs to reduce inventory and controllable losses across assigned locations
  • Investigate internal and external theft, bringing cases to successful resolution
  • Audit & Analyze store procedures using exception-based reporting and compliance reviews
  • Partner & Communicate with store, district, regional, and corporate teams to drive organizational goals
  • Optimize Security Controls to prevent shrinkage and ensure associate safety
  • Manage Prosecution & Restitution procedures to maximize recovery for the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5–8 years of retail loss prevention experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role
  • W-Z Interview Certification Required (CFI designation preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • General computer proficiency
  • Must be comfortable with 60–70% travel
