Regional Loss Prevention Manager - East
About the role
Join the Skechers team as a Regional Loss Prevention Manager. This role requires 60–70% travel and involves leading loss prevention efforts across multiple store locations in your market.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute programs to reduce inventory and controllable losses across assigned locations
- Investigate internal and external theft, bringing cases to successful resolution
- Audit & Analyze store procedures using exception-based reporting and compliance reviews
- Partner & Communicate with store, district, regional, and corporate teams to drive organizational goals
- Optimize Security Controls to prevent shrinkage and ensure associate safety
- Manage Prosecution & Restitution procedures to maximize recovery for the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5–8 years of retail loss prevention experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-store supervisory role
- W-Z Interview Certification Required (CFI designation preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of shrinkage controls, security systems, and POS/inventory exception reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- General computer proficiency
- Must be comfortable with 60–70% travel
