About the role

Responsibilities

• Start with Caregiver duties
• Aid clients with daily activities like moving in/out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning homes, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss with supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
• Act as a backup Caregiver
• Move into recruitment duties
• Identify the best sources for Care Professional recruitment
• Conduct interviews, and orientations
• Retain great Care Professionals
• Finish with marketing / sales duties
• Attend local networking events
• Establish yourself as a trusted industry member
• Attain referrals from area hospitals, clinics and other sources
• Increase the number of service hours weekly

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program
• Five years of professional Caregiving experience
• Driver’s license required
• Adult CPR & First Aid certification required
