Regional Leader needed for immediate hire in Chelan County, 98816

You will report directly to the Co-Founders and Operations Manager, with training for future promotion opportunities. About the role

You will start by taking on caregiving shifts while helping build Agape’s presence in Chelan. As a self-starter, you’ll have autonomy, with advancement tied directly to your performance. Once a strong team of Care Professionals is established through your recruitment efforts, you’ll shift focus to increasing the customer base through marketing and sales. This role allows you to eventually determine your preferred career path—whether in general Office/Operations Management, marketing, or another area that fits your skillset.

Responsibilities

• Start with Caregiver duties:
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles.
  • Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care.
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor.
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert.
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities.
  • Act as a backup Caregiver.
• Move into recruitment duties:
  • Identify the best sources for Care Professional recruitment.
  • Conduct interviews and orientations.
  • Retain great Care Professionals.
• Finish with marketing/sales duties:
  • Attend local networking events.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted industry member.
  • Attain referrals from area hospitals, clinics, and other sources.
  • Increase the number of service hours weekly.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Home Care Aide or CNA program.
• Five years of professional Caregiving experience.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable car.
• Adult CPR & First Aid certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ideally, currently or previously a Care Professional (CNA or HCA) for at least 5 years.
• Growth mindset and commitment to servant leadership.

Pay

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases and bonuses.
