Regional Leader needed for immediate hire in Skagit County 98274
Agape In Home Care is founded on the Biblical principle that everyone was created with a purpose, regardless of background or life stage. We serve the senior community with compassionate care, providing peace of mind to families.
About the role
This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up in Skagit County and position yourself for significant personal and career growth. You will start by taking on caregiving shifts while helping establish Agape’s presence, with the potential to transition into recruitment, marketing, sales, or leadership. As the first lead role in the area, you’ll have autonomy and the chance to shape your career path—whether in operations, marketing, or another area that aligns with your skills. The role offers the excitement of a startup with the financial stability of an established firm.
You will report directly to the Co-Founders and Operations Manager and receive training for future promotion opportunities.
