About the role
Join our dynamic team in NYC as the Attendee Data Manager Team Lead, where you'll be the go-to expert for registration operations. You'll support and train your amazing team while getting hands-on with program management throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and developing top talent
- Mentoring new team members to set them up for success
- Managing attendee inquiries and ensuring timely resolutions
- Driving adherence of BCD M&E standard operating procedures
- Understanding current customer service levels, quality, and productivity deliverables
- All things Cvent - including the attendee registration module, Website Development, Attendee Hub, mobile app development, and more
- Lead the team in managing databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information across Cvent and proprietary client systems
- Oversee the development, testing, and execution of client event communications and Cvent online registration processes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client requirements
- Direct the team's management of RSVP data, hotel request coordination through rooming lists, attendee data integrity, and related attendee communication and management activities to support a seamless event experience
- Collaborate across teams to uphold the highest service standards
- Analyze feedback and propose exciting process improvements
- Handle multiple projects and priorities with a positive attitude
Requirements
- Good organizational skills and problem-solving prowess
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities with a positive attitude
- People management experience overseeing a team of event planners or event registration managers
- Experience in event management within the financial industry
- Skills in project management and familiarity with MS office tools, and Cvent
- A knack for data analysis and report generation
- Strong communication skills that resonate with both clients and team members
