Overview of the Role

The Regional Admissions Lead (RAL) serves as a strategic and hands-on leadership partner supporting schools across the admissions, marketing, and parent experience domains. The region includes schools in Washington, Oregon, and Northern California.

You help create the conditions that allow schools to thrive by strengthening enrollment health, deepening community connection, and ensuring families feel genuinely welcomed, known, cared for, and connected throughout their experience with the school.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Depending on the size, scope, and growth needs of the region, the RAL may report either to the Regional Manager (RM) or Assistant Regional Manager (ARM).
  • In either structure, the RAL is responsible for driving strong execution and outcomes within the admissions, marketing, and parent experience domains in close partnership with their direct manager.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Admissions Leadership & Enrollment Growth
    • Drive strong admissions outcomes across the region by partnering with school leaders on enrollment strategy, tour quality and conversion, and active management of the admissions pipeline.
    • Conduct regular school visits to assess admissions health, parent experience, and community engagement efforts while strengthening relationships with school teams.
    • Support schools in developing scalable and sustainable admissions and community engagement practices that improve long-term effectiveness and independence.
    • Analyze enrollment, engagement, and community data to identify trends, develop strategic hypotheses, and drive action-oriented solutions.
  • Parent Experience & Community Building
    • Help schools translate community visibility into healthy enrollment growth.
    • Strengthen school leaders' ability to understand and execute thoughtful local outreach, business partnerships, social media presence, events, to build broader community understanding of our pedagogy and brand at the local level.
    • Coach and support school leaders in delivering warm, professional, hospitality-driven family experiences from first inquiry through long-term enrollment and community belonging.
    • Strengthen school leaders' parent communication, onboarding, family engagement, and Montessori understanding in ways that build trust, connection, and long-term loyalty within school communities.
  • Coaching, School Partnership, and Leadership Development
    • Partner closely with school leaders through regular school visits, modeling, accountability, and strategic thought partnership focused on strengthening execution, judgment, prioritization, and leadership capacity within admissions, marketing, and parent experience.
    • Provide clear written communication and follow-up, including visit recaps, action plans, accountability tracking, and community engagement updates.
    • Serve as a hands-on support partner during urgent, sensitive, or high-impact family or admissions situations.
    • Onboard and development of new leaders, specifically as it relates to admissions, while building strong relationships across schools and central support teams to ensure schools receive timely, coordinated, and effective partnership.
  • Regional Partnership & Culture
    • Be a visible and trusted regional partner by maintaining strong presence within school communities including attending select parent-facing events and community engagement opportunities.
    • Partner closely with regional and central teams (e.g., School Operations & Marketing) to ensure schools receive coordinated support across admissions, marketing, parent experience, and broader school health priorities.
    • Act as a cultural leader who models Guidepost values through professionalism, responsiveness, warmth, accountability, hospitality, and thoughtful leadership across the region.

    What You Bring

    • Passion for education and a deep belief in the lasting impact of a strong early childhood experience.
    • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, customer experience, community engagement, marketing, school leadership, or related relationship-driven operational roles.
    • Experience providing feedback, accountability, and day-to-day guidance to others while helping drive strong admissions execution and team effectiveness.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to assess data and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
    • Exceptional relationship-building and hospitality instincts with the ability to build trust quickly, influence across functions, and create warm, welcoming experiences for families and school communities alike.
