Accountabilities

  • Oversight of regional program coordination
  • Employer partnerships management
  • Learner support initiatives
  • Operational processes coordination
  • Lead workforce development initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop, maintain, and improve program launch documentation
  • Career and education coaching
  • Support workforce strategy discussions
  • Aid onboarding and mentoring of new team members
  • Manage program budgets and reporting activities
  • Coordinate communication across departments
  • Identify and recommend process improvements

Requirements

  • Highly organized and proactive professional
  • Experience in workforce development, education programs, project coordination, or partnership management
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with employers, organizations, or community stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, deliver presentations, and build relationships with diverse audiences
  • Experience supporting learner services, coaching, career development, or educational guidance initiatives
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage complex information flows
  • Experience working with data management systems, reporting tools, or CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Wrike, or similar project management platforms
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 35% for meetings, events, outreach activities, and partner engagement
