Regional Coordinator
Job Summary
We're seeking a Regional Coordinator to provide administrative support for a designated region. This role ensures consistent scheduling, communication, and office support while assisting with coordination of inspections and other administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills And Abilities: Effective oral/written communication, builds and maintains positive relationships, works independently, demonstrates attention to detail, basic computer skills, knowledge of Haag procedures and contractual agreements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support Lead Regional Coordinator with workload distribution.
- Maintain accurate records in internal ERP and scheduling systems.
- Assist experts in scheduling/logistics for inspections, meetings, and travel.
- Aid experts in providing budgets, recording/documenting approvals, and coordinating communication.
- Coordinate and order outside services as requested by experts.
- Guide reports, estimates, and other deliverables through review process.
- Assemble reports, estimates, and other deliverables into final format and obtain signatures.
- Transmit final reports, estimates, and other deliverables to clients.
- Maintain compliance on projects and provide written communication confirming calls were made.
- Respond to inquiries on projects and prepare electronic files for sharing with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues to Regional Team Lead when needed.
- Complete regular invoicing.
- Maintain electronic files including filing emails/communication in project folders.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
Location
Hybrid work arrangement with two days in the office and the potential for more in-office days depending on business need in the Flower Mound, TX office. However, the first 90 days will be 100% in office.
Physical Requirements
- Sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Occasional walking, reaching, filing, and lifting of materials up to 25 pounds may be required.
- Must be able to work effectively in a typical office environment utilizing standard office equipment and technology.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $24.00 per hour.
