Regional HSE Manager
About the Role
The Regional HSE Manager is a champion of the Blattner safety culture and our Blattner Safety Program. Serves as a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert and consultant to the project site teams and communicates with client HSE professionals on the overall Blattner HSE performance. Using data and real Blattner examples, the HSE Manager assesses and coaches project leaders toward building a stronger safety culture.
Responsibilities
- Assesses Blattner safety culture and verifies that Blattner HSE Programs are followed, enforced, and consistent on projects to help ensure site teams are safe while delivering a quality product in an efficient manner.
- Acts as a technical expert identifying where work plans do not address safety and ensures the necessary changes occur by working directly with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team, and the Quality Department to share and develop work plans into content that demonstrates the safest methods or processes.
- Partners with site management in the technical training and development of leadership personnel in safety by possessing a clear understanding of how the company operates in accordance with the Blattner HSE Program.
- Communicates and advises site leadership and client HSE professionals on any current and potential jobsite exposures.
Requirements
- A four-year degree in occupational safety, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Seven (7) years of experience in a construction safety leadership role.
Qualifications
- Electrical safety knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Pay
$133,847.00 - $194,078.00. Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
