Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a HR generalist or HR Manager
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Preferred SPHR or PHR certification
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred

Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of the Human Resources function including recruitment, onboarding, performance & talent management, engagement and other related people initiatives or programs
- Aid in managing Temporary Agencies supplying labor to the plant and hold the Temporary Agencies accountable to Pratt Industries Hiring Criteria
- Manage new hire feedback and review process
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies
- Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves
- Investigate employee relations issues, including hotline reports, with focus on timely resolution
- Maintain and administer any records or personnel files as required by state and federal laws
- Maintain and analyze metrics related to absenteeism, retention, and other HR KPI’s
- Absorb and process biweekly payroll
- Balance multiple commitments in fast-paced environment
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner
- Travel to locations as needed

Preferred Candidates
- Experience with ADP and other HRIS’s
Physical Demands
- Employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear, sit and stand
- Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles
