Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a HR generalist or HR Manager
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Preferred SPHR or PHR certification

Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of the Human Resources function including recruitment, onboarding, performance & talent management, engagement and other related people initiatives or programs
- Aid in managing Temporary Agencies supplying labor to the plant and hold the Temporary Agencies accountable to Pratt Industries Hiring Criteria
- Manage new hire feedback and review process
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies
- Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves
- Investigate employee relations issues, including hotline reports, with focus on timely resolution
- Maintain and administer any records or personnel files as required by state and federal laws
- Maintain and analyze metrics related to absenteeism, retention, and other HR KPI’s
- Absorb and process biweekly payroll
- Balance multiple commitments in fast paced environment
- Participate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner
- Travel to locations as needed
- Additional duties as assigned by management
