Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver HR products and services regionally
- Consult on talent planning and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop plans to reduce turnover in critical positions
- Coach management on performance and succession planning
- Support employee investigations and complex HR issues
- Facilitate workforce planning initiatives with Regional VP
- Develop innovative people programs to enhance company culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in operations leadership or HR roles
- 2+ years in people leadership
- Experience in multi-site field support
- Prominent experience in creating people strategies for various workforce types
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities
