Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field or a combination of education and experience; PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
Experience : 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management. Experience in retail HR is highly preferred.
