Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field or a combination of education and experience; PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.

Experience : 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnership, employee relations, and talent management. Experience in retail HR is highly preferred.

Skills : Strategic HR Expertise, Leadership Influence, Change Management Proficiency, Legal and Regulatory Knowledge, Technology and Data Proficiency, Interpersonal and Communications Excellence, Regional Presence.
